Xin phép rất lịch sự, mạnh hơn 〜てもいいですか. Đề thi hay bẫy kính ngữ: お名前を伺う (hỏi tên) ✓ nhưng お伝えする là truyền đạt nên sai khi hỏi tên đối phương.
