普通形（な-adj は な、N は の）＋ くせに

Used to reproach or express dissatisfaction when reality runs counter to what should be expected. It has a negative nuance, so it is not used toward superiors or to speak well of oneself. Only used when the subject of both clauses is the same person. Differs from 〜のに, which is more neutral.
