Adverb / noun: お腹がいっぱい (full stomach), 電車がいっぱいだ (the train is packed), 精一杯 (with all one's might). Written in kanji it can also mean "a cup/glass" (ビールを一杯). Distinguish from たくさん (many) and 満員 (full of people).
