決まる（きまる）

to be decided; to be fixed

Intransitive verb; the transitive verb is 決める: 日程が決まる, 行き先が決まる. Also means "to come off well, to be a success": シュートが決まる.

Examples

結婚式の日取りが決まった。The date of the wedding has been decided.
やっと就職先が決まって、ほっとした。My place of employment was finally settled, and I was relieved.
