Intransitive, for things clogged/blocked or packed full: 紙が詰まる, 鼻が詰まる, 予定が詰まる. The transitive is 詰める; different from 埋まる (to be filled in, fully occupied).

Examples

コピー機に紙が詰まって、出てこない。Paper is jammed in the copier and won't come out.
風邪で鼻が詰まっている。My nose is blocked because of a cold.
