Tự nhiên nhận ra điều trước đó chưa biết: ～ことに気がつく. Dạng ～のです dùng để giải thích lý do/kết quả, không dùng ～せい／～おかげ. Còn nghĩa tỉnh lại (気がつくと病院にいた).
