Hai thứ giống nhau đến mức khó phân biệt: 紛らわしい名前／文字. Dễ lẫn với 悩ましい (day dứt), 疑わしい (đáng ngờ), 煩わしい (phiền phức), もっともらしい (có vẻ đúng).
